We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or need additional information about an item, we encourage you to contact us before making your purchase.
Shipping
All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 48 hours to prepare shipments. If you made an over the weekend, please allow for the next business day for your ordered to be fullfilled. Business days are from Monday to Friday.
FREE shipping if your order is over $100! Otherwise shipping is flate rate of $8 Prices are USD and only shipping within the United States. International orders contact us on Instagram.
For local orders, we offer an in-store pickup option at SR Plaza!
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
